Miikwan Consulting & Indigenous Education was created by Jason Parenteau to help organizations who need assistance on a variety of subjects such as: Land Based Learning Opportunities, Indigenous Trainings, Service Delivery, Assistance in Organization Programming.

Jason Parenteau has 13yrs of experience in working with Manitoba Justice providing Culturally Appropriate Services. Jason also has work with DOCFS for the 5 years in most recent employment.

Jason has consulted and worked with many Education Institutions such as: University of Manitoba, University of Winninpeg, Mc Gill University, University of Brandon, Ginew School, St Rose, George Waters, Sturgeon Heights, Oak Park.

Jason has also worked with many Indigenous Communities such as: Roseau River Anisihinabe Nation, Long Plain, Dakota Tipi, Dakota Plains, Chanupawakpa, Birdtail Sioux, Sioux Valley, Onigaming, Mataanijigaaming

Jason has also worked with other Indigenous Organizations such as: Assembly of Manitoba Chiefs, Southern Chief’s Organization, AIAI, Truth and Reconciliation Commission, Murdered and Missing Women’s Inquiry, Kaanikaanikanijik, Wiichiiwakanaak
